Meet Doug Kelly, BCS President & CEO
Doug Kelly is an experienced CEO and consultant with a history of leading organizations to sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership. He led two of the largest organizations of their kinds to record-breaking growth, and has deep experience managing all aspects of organizations – strategic planning, sales/fundraising, operations, finance, HR, and IT.
Since 2001, Doug has successfully led to next-stage growth three separate large-scale transformation efforts in technology, organization building, and fundraising. He thinks big, critically, and disruptively, and synthesizes large amounts of research and data into smart, winning strategies.
